Delivery Information

If you are outside Indonesia and would like to personalise and order your products, I currently deliver to Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, the UAE, and Australia.
 

I use Choir Express Indonesia as my international shipping partner to ensure your orders are handled safely and delivered as smoothly as possible. International shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the number of items purchased. This means the final shipping fee will vary depending on the size and contents of your order and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
 

Delivery times generally take approximately 7–14 business days, depending on your destination country, customs clearance, and local courier handling. Your order will first be sent to the Choir Express facility in Jakarta, where it will be processed and prepared for international air shipment.
 

Once your parcel arrives in your destination country and clears customs, it will be handed over to the local courier for final delivery to your address. You will receive tracking updates throughout the shipping process so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
 

Depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply once your parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. Unfortunately, I’m not able to control or predict these fees, so I recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.
